Just fast, professional, and the guy was really helpful.

Beelivery really helped me out of a rough situation the other night. I could find any cold and flu medicine for love nor money through any of the other delivery services available to me. After hours of searching a friend suggested I give them a try. Within an hour I had everything I needed. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!

The service was good, the driver communicated well and the bottel of champagne I order was delivered quickly. However I was surprised that when they didn't have the bottle I chose and the substitute was approx £5 cheaper they refused to refund the difference (they offered a voucher for future service after I complained but I think they should auto-refund substitution differences)

Attitude of driver was FIRST CLASS, twice caillng me for advice on items unavailable.

No option on the website to see the order.
No visibility on the website about the actual bill paid by the rider.
No help section to claim a refund for the difference in item prices.

Small order fee 1 note that I ordered 18 pounds .
Plus they add 2 pounds extra on each item on top of its price .they rip you off .go puff is 100 times better than this dodgy company .

Placed my order, delivered within the time. Sarni was cheerful and very friendly, easytootalkwith.

My first experience was excellent. Yes the products were more expensive than going to the shop yourself but this was a quick and easy process. The delivery guy was so friendly and helpful. I won’t use any other company.

The item came on time. They had an up to date tracking system to track the position of the driver. The driver was professional in the sense that she was courteous and helpful.

order not deliverd but tracker said it had been charged full price for undeliverd order and they also kept the item i orderd

Ordered from Beelivery and had my order delivered within the hour . Was given a pin number to get updates about driver who was very personable and polite . This was the second time I have used Beelivery and have had positive experiences on both occasions.

Amazing. I live in a rural village and I no have transport at the moment. Beelivery have been a lifeline on Sundays when I can’t get a bus etc. Items delivered within an hour and polite, friendly drivers. Expensive, but the reasons for this is evident on a Sunday night when you need things.
